Environment Research

A small collection of environment images that went into my overall research sketchbook. It's obviously important in such a small level design, to get the look and feel correct, and I wanted to emulate the look of some of these movies and games.

From Maya to Unreal Environment

Just showing the development of one of my objects for the level. Unfortunately you can't seem to use nice shiny shaders without running into problems with UnrealEd, so I had to remove the 'Blinn' from my final export.

First Post

Hi and welcome to the Iain Smith Games Blog. On here I'll be showcasing any work I'm involved with, as well as writing about the games industry and me experiences.

As far as the next few months are concerned, I'll be;
